Sandy Green Wheel Walk & the Three Green Wheel Challenge: part of Bedfordshire Walking Festival 2021
Join us to walk the Sandy Green Wheel on Saturday 11th September 2021.
Meet in Sandy Market Square at 9am to collect a map of the route and your Three Green Wheel Challenge badge.
Enjoy meeting new people and exploring Sandy’s great natural features, including the Pinnacle, the Riddy nature reserve and the banks of the River Ivel.
The full route takes about 2½ hours, but you can find a pace that suits you and walk as much or little as you like. Download a map of the route here.

This 6 mile circular is the first part of the Three Green Wheel Challenge over the weekend and can be completed as part of the challenge or in its own right. No booking required.
Part two is a walk of the Biggleswade Green Wheel, on the afternoon of Saturday 11th September, starting at 1.30pm from Jordans Mill, Biggleswade. No booking required.
