HAF Winter Clubs

Free HAF events available this autumn for children aged 11 to 16 years old who are in receipt of benefits based free school meals.

As is the case with all HAF funded sessions, children will need to be registered first – details of how to do this are on the link below: www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/school-hols-food

Once each child is registered , they will be allocated a nine digit HAF code starting with HOL which will be sent to the email address used for the registration process. The full list of sessions available for the CBC HAF programme can be found from this link: www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/holiday-activities

Mindfulness Monday

Puzzles and brain teasers provide a range of benefits and is great for both your body and mind.
Studies show that exercising your mind using word puzzles, tests your brainpower, enhances your brain activity (reducing the risk of dementia), improves memory and concentration, and also cuts down on day-to day boredom.
Why not set aside some time today, each week, and take part in some fun brain teaser activities?
Mental Up is suitable for adults, children and families: Brain Games

Wellness Wednesday
