Wellness Wednesday
Wellness Wednesday is about staying on track with lifestyle change.

Here are 10 ways to help....

Organisation of the week
Organisation of the week goes to www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/

With all the news this week on Dame Deborah James, we wanted to share with you the charity that she has set up to raise crucial funds to help continue the work to find a cure for cancer Bowelbabe

Deborah’s courage, tenacity and determination to campaign and raise awareness of bowel cancer throughout her own diagnosis, as well as during a tremendously difficult time, she has been nothing short of inspirational.

The incredible amount of money raised through the Bowelbabe charity has been amazing.
