Jubilee Bank Holiday events and services

Date Added: 30/05/2022

It’s a bumper bank holiday weekend coming up, with an extra day to get out for a long walk, recover from your street party or take a moment for yourself to relax.  You’ll no doubt be wondering what’s on in your local area and wondering what services are continuing.

Here is your handy guide to get you through the bank holiday.

Events in your area

If you’d like to get out and about this weekend, you can see what’s happening in Bedfordshire (and beyond) with the Platinum Jubilee map of events.

Don't forget to put your bin out
Your kerbside waste collections will continue as normal over the bank holiday.  You can check your bin day by visiting our website.

No room in your bin?
Our tidy tips will be open this weekend at their usual times.  They may be busier than normal due to the bank holiday, so you may need some extra time.
