Council seeks opinions to help refresh Children and Young People's Plan

Date Added: 13/05/2022

Seeking opinions from children, young people, parents, carers and professionals who work with children

We are asking children, young people, parents, carers and professionals who work with children for their thoughts to help shape and refresh a Children and Young People's Plan for 2022-25.

We are working closely with Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), East London Foundation Trust (ELFT), Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS), SNAP Parent Carer Forum and Bedfordshire Police to ensure a refreshed Children and Young People's Plan outlines how services can work together to support and help children and young people in Central Bedfordshire  enjoy life, have high aspirations and reach their goals.

In the survey, children and young people are invited to share the support they need to be happy, safe, and healthy, and what’s important to them now and in the future. Professionals, parents, and carers are invited to share what they think needs to be better for children and young people’s education, safety, physical and mental health and leisure.

To take part in the survey, visit www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/consultations and scroll to ‘surveys’. The closing date is Friday 27 May 2022.
