A1 Wyboston to Buckden resurfacing

Date Added: 16/03/2022

National Highways will be carrying out essential resurfacing work on the A1 northbound between Wyboston and Buckden. Once complete, drivers will benefit from a smoother and better-defined road surface.

They plan to complete this work over 1 night on Monday 28 March and will work between 8pm and 6am, weather conditions permitting.

Closures and diversions
To carry out the work safely, they will need to close the A1 northbound between Wyboston and Buckden, and divert traffic as follows:

Northbound traffic will be diverted via the A428 / A14 and re-join the A1 northbound at junction 22.

See map of the diversion.
