Resources to help prepare young people for life after education
This week is National Careers Week, and our Youth Support Service is sharing a number of resources to help prepare young people for life after education.
Our Youth Support Service provides services for young people aged 13 to 19 years old (up to 25 for young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities). The service can provide information, advice and careers guidance to support young people to access education, employment or training opportunities.
These resources can help young people make informed decisions about their future, so please share them with anyone you know who would like some advice.
