World Book Day Kids’ Craft Competition

Date Added: 09/02/2021

Sandy Town Council is pleased to announce our World Book Day Kids’ Craft Competition, in partnership with Sandy Library, which will run from 15th February - 4th March 2021.
Children across Sandy and Beeston are invited to send in a photograph of their drawings, paintings, and any manner of crafty creations, inspired by their favourite book. This could be a character, a place, or anything at all from a story they love.
All entries will be shared on our Facebook page and our judges will award National Book Token prizes for their favourite entries in three age categories: under 7 years, 7-12 years and 13-18 years.
To be in with a chance of winning, all that children (or their parents) need to do is send in a photo of their book-inspired craft or artwork, with the child’s name and age to [email protected], between 15th February & 4th March.
We can’t wait to share all our young residents' crafty creations in celebration of World Book Day.
