Living with Anxiety -  new CAMHSTalk podcast
The latest CAMHSTalk podcast, Living with Anxiety features 3 young people, who share their experience and give advice and guidance on living with anxiety.

This discussion contains lots of really invaluable insight into how heightened anxiety and panic can impact on everyday life and how a young person can be supported.
