Royal Opera House: Live in Concert
Fri 4 Sep 7.30pm
ROHFollowing on from #OurHouseToYourHouse, our lockdown series of recorded performances and livestreamed content, Royal Opera House are bringing you two packed evenings of opera and ballet, live from our stage in Covent Garden.

The first of these events features an outstanding cast performing much-loved classics of the opera repertory, joined by current Jette Parker Young Artists, 67 members of the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House and members of the Royal Opera Chorus,  performing together in person for the first time since we closed our doors to the public on 16 March. The concert is hosted by the BBC’s Katie Derham.

Conducted by Antonio Pappano, the cast includes Sonya Yoncheva, Lisette Oropesa and Gerald Finley.

Tickets for this online event are £16 available from the Royal Opera House.

Leighton Buzzard Library Theatre continues to bring you arts to enjoy from home while our doors are closed. We are not affiliated to the theatres and presentations listed, but will continue to bring you information and opportunity to keep engaging with culture in our absence.

Don't forget you can call the box office on 0300 300 8125 on Tuesdays between 9.30am and 3pm where I will be there to take your calls, and you can email [email protected] anytime.

Now something for nothing. . .
Almeida Theatre - Albion. Free until 15 Sep, BBC iPlayer.

Bristol Old Vic - Under a Cardboard Sea. Age 7+, free on YouTube.
