The payment is in addition to the existing £1,000 you’ll already get for taking on an apprentice who is:

  • Aged 16 to 18 years old

Find out more on this, please email the apprenticeship team or telephone 01582 477776.

We have secured Flitwick funding for the town centre and station facilities
The government has awarded a grant of £2.219 million for the development of an integrated transport hub at Flitwick Rail Station to develop proposals that will radically improve how the station functions. These include:

  • a fully redeveloped station forecourt with new pedestrian, cycle and vehicle access
  • new passenger drop-off and dedicated taxi areas
