Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) success – we've paid out nearly £8.4 million in top-up payments to local businesses
We've paid close to £8.4 million in Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) payments to local businesses. The top-up payments have been made to over 850 businesses who previously received an Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) 1, 2 or 3.
To date, we've paid out over £80 million in grants in over 11,000 separate grant payments to more than 5,000 businesses since March 2020, when the pandemic began.
Now that all funding has been distributed, we can access further business support funding from the government in the coming months.

Innovation Bridges: Masters by Research programme
The fantastic Innovation Bridges programme is designed to help your business with its 'innovation' journey.
The business support programme, delivered by the University of Bedfordshire, aims to help eligible organisations bring new products and processes or services to the market.
What is available for your business?

Consultancy – Funded specialist academic support and expertise to develop an innovation action plan.

Post-consultancy – Grants available:- Part Funded Grants of £1,000 - £15,000 to implement your ideas.- 50% funding of up to £10,000 towards a 1 year ‘Masters by Research’ programme to bring in that innovation.
What can the grant be used for? The grant can be used to make the business more viable, resilient and support growth of turnover and employment.

Growth Curve: Leading your business forward
Growth Curve is an intensive and interactive leadership development workshop for business owners.
