I have been a member of the Town Council since co-option in September 1999. I am in my third term as Chairman of Planning, Parks & Open Spaces. I am also the Editor of the Newsletters & Annual Report.

I am a governor at Sandye Place & Chair at Maple Tree Lower School Governing Body.

I am also Chairman of the Community Safety Group and the Sandy & District Horticultural Association which organises the Annual Show in August.

I am a member of the Committees for the History & the Historical Research Group.

I represent Sandy on the Central Bedfordshire Council being a member of the Management Development Committee (Planning).
